Dear Warner Parents,
Did you know that the state has made it mandatory that a student’s immunization records be present and up-to-date on the first day of school? Now is the time to get them scheduled with their pediatrician to make sure they have all the vaccinations that your student needs to have. Your student will not be allowed to attend school in the Fall without all the necessary immunizations. Attached is a list of the current required immunizations.
